- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Plans are managed in Settings and take effect immediately.
- What counts as a scan?
- Each diagnostic or security scan you run on one of your servers. Sample data scans are free.
- Do you need my server password or console access?
- Never. You give Tickhound an address, files you choose to upload, or your own Pterodactyl API key — which is stored encrypted and is never shown again.
